I needed the software updated on my 08 Sport Trac, Ford dealer was three weeks out for any type of transmission related issues. I checked reviews on Griffs and saw they were very good, so I would give them a try, called and got an appointment the next day. The staff was GREAT. To my surprise, the mechanic was able to download the latest software from FORD and update my Sport Trac. Now it shifts great and l'm very happy with the results. So that proved that you don't need a dealer for Software updating. I Recommend you give them a try.

These people aren't just an "automotive clinic"; they are a "be kind to people" clinic. They were so kind to me when I needed kindness. They drove me to another location so I could work my 2 hour landscaping job while they fixed my van instead of me waiting there for it to get fixed. They knew that time was valuable to me as my man was in hospital with deathly cancers because I had to travel everyday for 45 minutes to get to the hospital. Very good people.
